After several years in the service of the Prime Minister at Matignon and in prestigious establishments such as the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz, the Reserve de Beaulieu , or the Hotel Metropole in Monte Carlo, Chef Bosviel today transmits his passion gastronomy at the Paul Bocuse Institute.

The Institute restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner.
