Meeting Room for Rent - Your Professional Space in the Heart of Lyon
Located within the MGallery Le Royal Hotel on the prestigious Place Bellecour in Lyon, our restaurant-school from the Institut Lyfe offers you a private and modern meeting room, ideal for your professional events.
An Exceptional Setting for Your Meetings and Seminars
Situated in the heart of Lyon, our meeting room provides a stunning view of Place Bellecour. Whether it’s a business meeting, seminar, or workshop, this space is perfectly suited to accommodate up to 15 people, with several layout options: round table, U-shape, classroom, or theater.
Included Equipment and Services
To ensure your event runs smoothly, the room is fully equipped: video projector, wall-mounted screen, notepads, pens, and high-speed internet access are all provided. We also offer a gourmet break with water, fruit juices, hot beverages, pastries, and treats.
Tailored Support
As a restaurant-school of the Institut Lyfe, we offer complementary services to enrich your experience: gourmet lunches or dinners served directly in our restaurant, as well as the possibility to organize cooking workshops with the École de Cuisine des Gourmets, located in the same building. Your participants can also enjoy the convenience of staying at the nearby hotel.
Rates and Booking Terms
€600 for a full day / €400 for a half-day
For any reservation, a 30% deposit is required. The balance will be due upon receipt of the invoice. Cancellations made more than a month before the event will be refunded (minus a €200 management fee), while late cancellations will result in the deposit being retained.
